What it is
A full e-commerce storefront for Technology Production SRL, an authorized distributor of professional tools with 26+ years in Romania. Browsable, searchable catalog of 31,259 products across hand tools, power tools, accessories, cleaning, construction, safety and more — plus consulting, service and warranty.
UX work
Category IA for 31k+ SKUs, faceted search & filtering, brand/price/stock filters, and a product-card system that stays legible at catalog scale.

A pinned Three.js scene scrubbed to scroll — a building rises through 6 stages (blueprint → civil → steel → wiring → cyber HUD → sunrise) and rewinds cleanly as you scroll back.

A personal brand site for Maria Ardelean — operations, F&B, events and hospitality tech, in one place.

What it is
A bilingual (RO/EN) personal portfolio site for Maria Ardelean — 20+ years in Romanian hospitality: operations, F&B, finance, certified sommelier, event coordination, and now product management for HoReCa software. Designed and built end-to-end: positioning, structure, copy scaffolding, the scroll-driven build and the deploy.
UX work
Turned a 20-year career into a single-page narrative IA (About → Experience → Events → Services → Expertise → Testimonials → Contact) that reads well for both a Romanian venue owner and an international recruiter.

Four stages, always in this order. Nothing skips straight to visual design — the structure has to be right first, or the prettiest interface just organizes the wrong thing beautifully.
